Ushindi Life Ministries manages and runs two children's homes with over 180 total orphans. The children are so happy because they are well taken  care of by a loving staff of caregivers Who are committed to raising them in the ways of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Ushindi  homes are not just children's homes, but discipleship centers. Our children have been able to overcome traumatic experiences and horrors they  underwent  early in life  and so they have every reason to thank God.

Ushindi being a ministry with a vision for the future, places a lot of emphasis on the education for children. The Victory Academy is a christian school begun and run by ushindi life outreach ministries. Mrs. Jane Amunga heads it with a staff of eleven teachers. This school caters for about 200 children between ages of 3-16 years.
