Government and private ones are usually in a poor state of repair and lacking in equipment and resources. We have travelled to many of these around the country and are always shocked with what we see. Yet, help is at hand. Here we encourage groups to come out for as little as 1 or 2 weeks and focus on a particular project. Church groups, nurses, builders and often a mixture of all walks of life come to Kenya with money they have raised and lots of enthusiasm to help a project.
